Zoe didn’t understand why she was called to help victims of human trafficking. She was in her second year at the prestigious Johns Hopkins University; studying to be a doctor, to one day go into the family business with her parents. But all her plans changed when she went to a meeting and learned about the horrors of human trafficking; she knew she didn’t have a choice.  Not concerned with the dangers that lie ahead, she along with Patty, and Kato sought out to fight the multi-billion dollar business. What she didn’t know that in this business, money can buy even the most faithful, and no one is to be trusted. Only her faith can keep her and even then she didn’t know if she had enough when faced with the truth about the ugly, evil world that took so many lives before her.
